Hi Experts,
We have an issue with the workflow i.e, in Shopping cart. The issue is we recently made some workflow changes for the shopping cart, with these changes the old shopping carts with the previous workflow version were affected.
We need to release the funds which were blocked against these shopping carts in the backend ECC. Problem is we are not able to edit the approved shopping cart's and not able to delete them either.
If we do so that action ends in a DUMP as attached.
Please let me know how can we directly release the funds reserved against the shopping carts in the BACKEND ECC.
