Hello,
End user logs into SRM Portal in French language and downloads the PO under PO OUTPUT tab which sends the PO in PDF format to their e-mail ID.
When user opens the PO in PDF format the Price and Quantity fields are in weird format.
Please find the screen shot.
Is this issue because of any Smartfoms?
How can we rectify the format of this fields?
Please let me know the root cause and resolution.
