replicate material during mds_load_cockpit

hi experts

in my test system i replicate material group and material and materail type to srm and i create Sc for those master data

but i found that some of my material group didnt replicated to srm and then i delete material group with this  program : COM_HIERARCHY_DELETE_ALL

to replicate again the material group but When I try to rep master data , it gives me the following error message:
