SRM Freetext items - Partner function 19 is removed

Hi Team,

Kindly help me out to resolve below issue in SRM :

I have created the Freetext item SC , in which when i try to change the quantity in SC , the partner function 19 is marked with deletion indicator in BBP_DOC_CHANGE badi.

Kindly can anyone help us out to avoid the deletion indicator in doc change badi.
