SRM Organization Assignment is blank in personal settings

Hello experts,

currently implementing srm7.0 ehp3

issue is user has blank org assignment in NWBC even if it's already attached to ppoma stucture.

because system cannot read the org assignment, user cannot obviously proceed to shopping due to lacking attributes.

i have checked BP data tcode bp and relationship is reflected there too.

used users_gen to check consistency but it's all green,

any input for additional check/trooubleshooting is appreciated.
