error: Enter a valid evaluator

Hi,

We are using Expert-Bid-Evaluation functionality along with our SRM RFx.

We are sometimes getting an error message "Enter a valid evaluator" (/SRMEBE/EVAL014) while saving/publishing the RFx.  I am not able to replicate the condition when this message is called. (Evaluator is not mandatory in the RFx, and even after adding an evaluator this message does not go away)

Any clues on why this message is triggered and how to fix this ?
