Question Details for Freetext Question in Questionnaire

Hi!

When I display the question details for a freetext question in a questionnaire, the popup contains a table of answers, which contains no entries. This table should not be visible. As a result I can't answer on question.

I found note http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1816156

but we can't apply this note because component SRMSMC isn't installed in SAP SRM.

How can we resolve this problem?
