SRM timeouts

We recently upgraded our hardware from AIX to Linux.  Since then, SRM users are timing out while they are in the process of creating their shopping carts.  It happens at random times and not always the same users.  We did make some adjustments hoping that would resolve the issue.  However, when I look at SM21 in SRM, I still see timeouts.  Without actually contacting the user, I have no way of knowing if these timeouts are valid (sitting idle) or the user got kicked out.  Once they are kicked out, the SRM sessions continue to run in the background so I have to remove any open sessions.

Does anyone have any suggestions where I can look to find out what is causing the timeouts?  Some users have sent me a screenshot.  In most cases, the termination type is ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE and tells me to look in ST11.  From there, I'm lost.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
