Hi All,
We have a requirement where we create a cart which goes for three levels of approval.
When the cart is partially approved and the user wants to change the cart value(increase the value) it should trigger all the levels of approval again ,but in our case the when the Cart value is increased the the levels of approval are raised but once we order the cart all levels of approval are gone.
How can I track down the cause for it?Could you please help in understanding this in little detail for the same considering I am new to SRM.
