Shopping Cart Workflow Restart Issue

Hi All,

We have implemented BAdI BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI implemented to trigger WS14500015 for item based approvals and BAdI BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI to provide the change capability at the required levels.

However the workflow do not restarts even though security level is set at 2 (always restart).

Example: SC is having 2 levels of approvals & 1st Manager approves the SC. Creator change the SC by addling new line item in this case system is not restarting WF i.e., first level approver is not getting determine again.

Please suggest how restart the WF from beginning.
