Hello Experts,
One of our approver wants to have the workitem to be forwarded without sending email notifications in outlook.
As one of the solution, we made the email id blank of the approver user profile in SRM and then created SC , the workflow forwarded the work item to approver without triggering email notification.
However, the client wants us to look for other option.
Please could you suggest me some options to prevent email notifications.
