Install SRM 7.01 sp12 on NW 7.02 sp15

Hi All,

I have build a new VM for SRM landscape

Database - SAPsidMSSQL

Application Server - SAPsidVM1

I have to now install SRM 7.01 sp12 on NW 7.02 sp15

Please suggest the probable way for the installation
