we are using SRM 7.2
i have a trouble some PO whose status is in "error in process".
The scenario is there are 12 line items in the PO in which 6 line items has been deleted. and the other line items has been distributed between 2 GL accounts. when we are trying to change the PO quantity i am getting an error message " back end error : PO still contains faulty items and Back end error sum of quantities >2< larger than total quantity''. the PO quantity for all 6 line items are 2 and we are trying to change it to 1 for one line item.
Actually we are trying to close off this PO . in BBP_PD i am getting I1080 status and In transfer to Excution syst. X in inactive.
please help me to change the PO status to ordered to close off this PO.
