We have assigned a automatic approval workflow for the response for BID but workflow went into awaiting approval with no workitem to be generated .
After the process scehma evaluation got process schema as 3C_QT_600_000 (see below screenshot ) level type is automatic (system user ) . but still the bid response after accepting it went into awaiting approval .
