I would like to know how HRALXSYNC works if batch job scheduled with default variant "SAP&DEFAULT" and a specific date (Change Since = 28.08.2016) and consider the job has been scheduled to run on 02.09.2016
1. On 02.09.2016, Will system only check the inconsistency for the BP changes/creation which has been replicated from HR system to SRM system on or after 28.08.2016?
OR
2. On 02.09.2016, Will system check the inconsistency for all the BP's in SRM system to check whether the changes done after 28.08.2016 are sitting properly or not?
The reason why i am asking is, i got result saying "BP XXXX has not been created, enter postal code" but there is no change happened for this BP (address) in HR system nor in SRM system. I was in thought of as mentioned in point 1 but confused how system is checking this BP inconsistency for which no change or replication happened.
