Price not updated in Old SC of Catalog Item

Hi Gurus,

I have been searching the forum and SAP notes and have not been able to find anything to solve our problem.  We are on SRM 7.02 SP5.  When SC is created from an old SC for a catalog order from a punchout it is not going back to the punchout catalog to validate the new updated price.  It is hanging on to the existing price and not changing.  In config I have Activate SC Item Price Check From Catalog and Validate Product Data from SAP Enterprise buyer both checked.
