Hello experts,
we have following problem. Some users haven't access to the NWBC. If they try to login the get following error message:
"The user menu tree for user <username> is empty. Please contact your system administrator".
Its not a n general problem, because some user can open NMBC. They have the same roles.
Our system is SAP SRM 7.02 with classic scenario. The standard roles, are copied to customer roles.
We user the SRM Admin Role, Manager Role and Purchasing Secretary.
